Jesse has been the General Manager of the Fish Market and Pop’s Old Fashioned Ice Cream since 2008. After opening up his first restaurant in a small town south of Buffalo at the age of 21, Maas moved to Northern Virginia where he began bartending and managing several bars and restaurants in Old Town Alexandria, Georgetown and Washington, DC. In the past, Maas has won both DC and Virginia’s fastest bartender contest. Maas also hosts restaurant promotions and annual golf tournaments to raise money for multiple sclerosis.
